The venue
Once we have the details of your requirements and dates, we will book a beautiful private venue in the enchanting southwest of Portugal. We will do our very best to find the perfect location for your retreat, that suits your needs and desires. Where you will feel safe, comfortable and free to be with whatever arises during your journey. Depending on the venue, your facilitators will either stay on-site or off-site but nearby, a short drive away.

The journey
1.
Register your interest
After you fill in the registration form, we will get in touch and send you an email with a health and wellbeing form to complete.
2.
Venue & Deposit
After a successful health screening, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to pay the deposit. You will receive 3 options for the venue.
3.
Pre-retreat preparation
We will provide information on how to prepare for your journey, from setting intentions to dietary guidelines. You will have a live online video call with one of our facilitators.
4.
Travel & retreat
You will have settled the full payment and arranged travel plans to come to the chosen venue that will be also booked.
5.
Integration & post-retreat
We offer 1 individual preparation session pre-retreat and 2 post-retreat sessions that can be booked within the 3 months following the retreat.
